Michael J. Lynch

Mr. Lynch is an associate with the firm.  He was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, on September 10, 1974.  Mr. Lynch graduated from Richard Stockton College with a B.A. in 1997.  He graduated from Widener University School of Law with a J.D. in 2000.  Mr. Lynch was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2000; admitted to the New York Bar in 2000; and admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 2000. 

From 2000-2001, Mr. Lynch worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis DeStefano in Monmouth County.  From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Lynch worked in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney.

Mr. Lynch handles all matters involving insurance defense, including product liability, automobile negligence, premises, commercial litigation, UM/UIM, subrogation and coverage.  With his experience in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Lynch also handles all criminal defense matters in both Municipal Court and Superior Court.
